Original photo taken in downtown Raleigh, NC, and turned into a cyanotype print. "Gourds" Intaglio print process on plexiglass.

Materials List: newspaper base, model magic, SculptorCoat, acrylic paint, bendy straws (base of the legs), bead foam, brown paper towel, plastic lemon wedges. Thrifted silver plate and super glue/craft glue.

Plaque made from 1/4" and 1/2" ply, silver leafed and stained.
Sealed with matte finish and gloss for eyes/nose.
Spray paint base.
Coated in joint compound.
Coated in cheesecloth and paperclay for details.
Traced and cut on bandsaw.

After shaping nose and lips.
Prep for witch mask creation. (Inspired by the hideous witch in the original Snow White.)
Second skin, peeling details, product processed for too long and became too dense.
Created paper towel cast over top of plaster positive.

Marionette doll base was created with shrunken alginate casting on my face and paper towel rolls filled with rocks.
