A faux seafood boil complete with crab legs, shrimp, a small ear of corn, and potatoes, and garnished with lemons. A layered lavender lemonade with Encapso K and faux ice cubes to accompany the meal.

The original picture was taken in downtown Raleigh, NC, and turned into a cyanotype print. "Gourds" Intaglio print process on plexiglass.

Materials List: newspaper base, model magic, SculptorCoat, acrylic paint, bendy straws (base of the legs), bead foam, brown paper towel, plastic lemon wedges. Thrifted silver plate and super glue/craft glue.

Plaster positive of my face.
After shaping nose and lips.
Prep for witch mask creation. (Inspired by the hideous witch in the original Snow White.)
Second skin, peeling details, product processed for too long and became too dense.
Created paper towel cast over top of plaster positive.

Sheet metal owl mask project (paired with a tin foil/aluminum copy both with felt backing.)
Tar box and ball peen hammer.
Marionette doll base was created with shrunken alginate casting on my face and paper towel rolls filled with rocks.
Bentwood chair reupholstery Project
Old plywood scraps from the Greensboro College shop were used to create new seats.
Old seats were rotting underneath and had significant damage. The hardware was rusty and needed to be replaced.
